In no event shall the authors be liable for any data loss, system errors, browser memory exceptions, or commercial damages arising from using this converter.

3. Intellectual Property

You retain full, exclusive ownership of all images, drawings, and photos you process. InstConvert does not acquire any licenses or rights to your files, as they are processed entirely within the volatile memory boundary of your browser and are never uploaded or indexed.

4. Updates and Terms Modification
